Default t-56>A4 swap, now code p1860...

the car is a 98 z28 that was automatic (4l60e), then swapped to a t-56, and today swapped back to a 4l60e. Converter is a Yank PT4000. I got everything together, flashed the pcm back to the auto file, and now i have a SES light for:

P1860 TCC PWM solenoid circuit, electrical. No other solenoid codes so i don't think its a loose harness, no leaks, trans is full.

Any ideas on whats causing this code to set itself? It sets almost as soon as you start it, and once set will start off in third gear, only way to start in first is to manually shift it. Seems to be slipping an awful lot as well, but that may just be me not being used to a stalled automatic.
