Default Team trip Question

We recently did a head and cam in my buddys denali, the trans was clean and mint as we serviced it and added a vette servo, with tuning the trans pressures were raised and the shift points delayed at light and med. throttle and lock up delayed, this vehical has towed about 600 miles since ABOUT 5k lbs.AND 3k total since all the work, also I need to mention it got a yank 2600 stall during the H&C, I pull the dipstick the other day and it was dark, not fried but not cherry red,the transtemp never got over 200,its woring OK but do you think the programming could have effected it,i cant imagine an additonal cooler would have prevented it and like I said the factory gauge ever got hot.could the tuning with late lockup effect lube when towing?Or towing with that stall effect it inspite of what yank says? Thanks.
