Anyone heard of an Art Carr stall? Just wondering if anybodies heard of one of these? If they're rated at say a 3600 do they actually brake stall to 3600 and flash higher say to like 4200 like a vigalante. Are they good stall converters? Any info appreciated

I had an Art Carr 9" 3500 Stall in my old 87' GN. It was a beast. It foot-stalled to around 3400 or so before mad boost kicked in and all hell broke loose. I liked it. From everyone I've spoken to in the GN world they are reputable-as far as Ls1s, not too sure. Hope I helped.
