Converter isn't locking up sometimes????

Converter isn't locking up sometimes???? Is this a sign of tranny problems?? Sometimes I'll be going down the road and it'll just unlock and not lock back up until the car has been killed then restarted. The tranny is a Art Carr 4L60E Heavy Duty. There's no tranny slippage, it's done this since I threw the stock program back in the PCM.

Most likely a tuning issue. Mutiple mis-fires is the common cause. Drop a post in the Computer and Tuning section, I'm sure someone there can help.
