Default Best 4l60e

What is the best built 4l60e aftermarket trans out there. I'm thinking of going with the FLP level 4 unless there's a better one out there around the same price. Thanks

How much power are you planning on running? We offer two built overdrive automatic transmissons for your car, a 4L60E Level 4 and 4L65E Level 5. The 4L60E is recommended for stock displacement motors, mild forced induction setups, generally around the 400 to 550 rwhp range. Our 4L66E Level 5 is what we recommend in anything making more power. We regularly have cars making 650 to 750 rwhp running our Level 5 transmission. We even have one customer whos C5 is making 725 rwhp and has over 150 track passes on it and its shifting as strong as the day we put it in. Give use a call if you have any other trans questions.

I would definitely recommend our Level 4 transmission then.

None what so ever as long as the transmission is installed correctly, use only Dexron III, and you dont overheat it at the track you should get years of use of it. We have sold hundreds of Level 4 transmissions all over the US and we even have shipped some to Europe and Australia.

I'm very happy with my FLP stage 4......mine is behind a bolt-on LT1.
