I have my car in getting the trans rebuilt (still there 4L60-E) It was taken out on a test drive car shifts great, they tell me however once car gets to OD, it will lock up for highway driving then when you apply the gas it raises the rpms slightly then braeck the Tourqe converter clutch loose and goes back to unlocked and revs again. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Everything was fine when it went in 3-4 as slipping then went out but conver clutch still locked up. Any help would be appreciated thanks

could torque managment be the cause its still set to 100% with the stall.
