Default TH350 swap

I have been searching the threads and I know I saw it once, but I have figured out the stall converter-flywheel issue from LS1 motor back to TH350, I have figured out the torque arm mount and tranny brace fabrication.

I NEED anyone to chime in on the parts/modules needed from GM to trick my computer into thinking it still has an electronic trans instead of the vacuum controlled TH350. I believe I saw in a thread there were three GM part numbers, or a kit I could buy somewhere with all of them. anyone know where I can get these parts?
