Default A4; 4L60E or 4L80E

Hey, I need a A4, and I want one thats not going to go out under spray!
TCI has 4l60e Super Street Fighter w/tc 3500 stall for like 3100.00. They also have 4l80e w/o tc for 3000.00. Does anyone know of a better set for less? Or witch will stand up to 580hp/567pft on spray?
I'm all ears, Thanks, Curtis

I'm not to sure how great they perform, but cmotorsports seems to have some fairly hardcore race trannies, rated up to 700hp. Warranty specs and customer service is beyond me (I guess call and find out), but they certainly are cheaper.

i dont see them on the list for sponsors, but if i am somehow incorrect let me know and I will allow the link.

GurweryLS1: do a couple searches in here and maybe even in the nitrous forum. Lots of good info on both high HP 4L60E's and 4L80E's

Default TCI-271100P1 is what I Ordered today! 4L80E

Today I ordered a TCI 4L80e for my '68 Chevelle w/'99 Corvette engine. It will come w/tcc and 3 Gal. tran. fluid for 2700.00 shipped. I got it thru Summit Racing. I called TCI and they said it will stand up to 800hp/700pft, more than I'll ever see . Just thought I'd share this with you! Have a kickass time... Curtis
