Default Locking TC on Dyno

We tried with HP tunners to make the TC lock up at a low speed in 3rd gear, but i just blew right through it.. Is there another trick to it with a tunner or does anyone know where a good write up on the jump wire method is? i am not going to do this while driving/racing the car, i just want to see hoe ineffcient the TC has become..

thanks in advance,
chris

I started to say I did mine with hptuners, but that was just a tune to hold it in 3rd gear when I got on it at 2500 rpms.

Now that I thought about it for more than about 1/2 a second, I remember that Brent at TEA used a TECH2 to lock mine on my 3rd pull...
