Default Can't keep flexplate from turning>>>

I'm trying to unbolt my torque converter from my flexplate, but it keeps turning on me. Only the second time I have ever done it, and the first was over two years ago. Any suggestions?

best thing to do is have another person hold the crank with a 24mm socket to counteract the force. I had a converter bolt allen head strip out and it took a friend over an hour of welding different sockets and bolts and stuff on it to finally get it out. DONT STRIP THOSE BOLTS WORKING ON IT BY YOURSELF. Get an extra hand
