Default trans"what the f!!!!"

when you start off,at 5 mph the car fills like it shifts.but its not shifting.does the same thing in reverse.it fills like the car changes gears 5 times.the guy tuning it has all shift points right.when you stop the car lundgs when your all most stoped.what is the extra shift,the guy tuning said hes never seen this problem before.car does have TCI 3000 stall.

i am not really sure, but it could be the locking and unlocking of the converter, but i would not think it would do that at a low speed like that. like i said i am just throwing this out as thought.

You using FlashScan?

Check the transmission pulses per revolution. If its wrong it will exhibit exactly the problem you are experiencing. Done a diff change recently?
