SS4000e!
hell yes! with stock internals and stock suspension i cut a 1.58 60ft on M/T DR's and factory rims.
that was with the yank ss4000e.
just thought id share that... also the converter is horrible in traffic... but if i drove in it every day it would be a pita.

first converter on the ls1... the converter isn't as "friendly" in traffic because you get bad mpg... thats all I meant.
if you wondered y the 7.9 in the 1/8th pretty much the first time to the track with it... and could set the shift points right.... I figured out you have to set them VERY low... so that took me a while to figure them out...
I expect a 7.8 .... hopefully better

I got a old time slip out and with my stock 3:23 gears and a 1.68 60 ft i ran 7.8@87 with stock internals,LT's, ORY Borla and untuned.
Then a 7.2@93 on a 100 shot and a 1.64 60ft spinning pretty good.
(Sorry i should have said, that"s the same vertor i have too.)
Good luck with your set-up .
With a tune i am hoping for 6's on the bottle and 7.6(or better) on the motor.

i hope i run faster this friday.... for some reason i had a hard time setting my 2-3 shift......
it has to be really low!
i tried to keep moving it down... just not enough
but i got it settled now... thank god....
its good to hear you are running that fast!
my 60ft is harsh so i should be running a little faster than you on motor... hopefully...
