Default Speedo / miles problem – am I going faster/slower in the same distance traveled

Ok, I have thought my TH400 speedo has been off for awhile now. When I drive my winter beater to work it is 35.3 miles (it’s a new car so I know it’s accurate). But today I drove my LS1 to work for the first time with a TH400 and it only showed 28.3 miles.

So does this mean that I am going SLOWER than what is displayed on my speedo? Like it says 45mph, but I am really only going 40something). Or does it mean that I am actually going FASTER than when is displayed on the speedo?

Faster....less miles than acutal means it's turning slower than actual, so you are going faster.
