Default Torque Converter?

What would a new torque converter do, and what is a stall converter do/mean?

Basically it eliminates the "dead spots" in your car by keeping the RPM's up. (Stall speed)

More specifically, it makes you launch harder by mutliplying the torque by a higher factor than the stock one (usually). (STR)

Choosing stall speed is based on a lot of factors from rear gears and your cam to driving style/preference. Most of the time, getting the right converter for your car is much better than just going big.

As far as price, Fuddle Racing is offering special pricing right now on our Performance Converter that can easily handle 550 hp. $359 + shipping.
