throttle sensor Can a bad one cause the transmission to run funny because i just had it rebuilt and not at part throttle it doesnt want to go into gear the engine just revs up and down until i let off and then it catches.

Sounds like either you don't have enough fluid in the trans or it wasn't built correctly. I doubt it is the tps. You can read the tps on tuning software scanners or autotap, efilive.
