Default help.....how many quarts does a 4l80e hold?
doing my valve body today and I have no idea how many quarts of tranny fluid to add after I bolt everything back up.....

VB only? five quarts is a safe guess. Buy seven, that should cover it. Take a phone and extra fluid on your test drive.
