give Rodney a call at 765-524-5341 known as" crashed 94" He's doing a level 4 for me right now. He builds for 21st musclecars, cartec, and others with great feedback!!! I'm paying $1450 Rodney. Does the same build as FLP except he doesn't use the vaccume mod.

here's a post for you from the corvette forum on Rodney.
No Nitrous engine runs 9.20 @ 155 mph on pump gas. It would melt down. I have a Clone of Wades motor built in 2001. I went 9.75@ 146.50 mph on a 250 shot Saturday at Bowling Green. I use 115 octane fuel. I start off with a 125 shot and switch to the DP when it shifts to 2nd gear. I still have the stock driveline doing it this way.
Also Thanks to Rodney for my best Tranny yet.

Rossler here. There's no practical way to answer your question of "for the money." If you pay $2000, if it works, it was a great deal, if it breaks the deal sucks. I bought Rossler because I felt he made the best.

I agree.
I would rather pay 4000 dollars and know it will never break.
Nobody has that option though.

Would a built 4L60e need any special PCM programming to work properly?

I'm thinking of going this route when my tranny finally gives up the ship.

I just got done putting in his level 5 and I must say that I am very impressed. I even got to see a little of what a tranny rebuild involves and some of the parts he was using. I was told that basically it was in-destructible and if anything ever happened to it, he would replace it for free. I would point anyone to Rodney if they were looking to get their 4L60E rebuilt.

He also uses a 5 pinion planetary instead of the 4 pinion.

I'm on my 4th transmission. I finially found a transmission that will handle the abuse my car can put out. It's a Rock-On transmission. I wish I had found Rock-ON a few years ago, I could have saved myself a lot of money that I wasted on inferior trannys.
