Default To those who have had Yank and TCI converters...

I have a tci ssf 4000 with a 2.8 str and a 4.10 gear. i have a best of 11.74@114 with a 1.59 60ft time before the 4.10s. I know a guy with a yank pro thruster 4400 that wants an even trade. do you think i should do it? i am gonna stay on motor, full boltons right now, and planning on putting a g5x4 in it.

i don't think so either, because we would both have to ship them. mine hits really hard, and now with the 4.10s, the e.t.s are only going to get better.

I started out with a TCI 3800 and had consistant 1.51 60's. Then went to a TCI 4400 and the 60's were still 1.51's, but my mph went down by 2mph and lost 20rwhp on the dyno. I also switched to a Yank PT4400 and dynoed the same as the TCI 4400 with the same 20hp loss over the 3800 and 1.5 60's.

I don't think the swap is worth it
