Do I need a custom tune going 3.23 to 3.73 I just purchased a moser 12 bolt with 373 for my 2000 ws6 A4. Will my part throttle shifts be ok along with my wide open throttle? I have a predator any help is greatly appericiated

Well, you're going to have to edit the PCM somehow to let it know that the gear ratio has changed. You can do this via editing software like the HPTuners program I use or one of the handheld programmers they sell like the Crane PowerMax or Predator tuners.

what will happen if the computer isnt changed? because i switched to 3.73 gears and now on occation my car gets stuck in second gear when i make a pass. think the gear change as anything to do with it?

Your computer will think that you still have 3.23 an will try to shift accordingly. You MUST change the computer so it knows what gear to use or you will be all over the place plus you speedometer will be inaccurate. Gas mileage will probably go down a ton.
If you need instruction on using your programmer download them. I bought a used Hypertech just to change the gear ratio.
