Question Installing converter real quick question

I wanted to install my converter next weekend and wanted to know if this would be a good time to install a trans go shift kit and a tranny cooler? Also since I have to drop the tranny for the converter install will this make the shift kit install any easier?

Well Ill answer question by question.

1- Install a trans go shiftkit and tranny cooler----Yes, the converter will get you higher RPM's and shift extitions and the shiftkit will make the shifts faster/firmer--Trans cooler is a must with almost any converter if you dont want to fry your stock trans because of heat issues

2-I have no freaking IDea, but somebody on here will help you out--sorry

what size converter?

It will prob make it easier to install a shift kit with the tranny out because you dont have to be under it. You can put it on a bench and do the instll way easier.
