The two of them were so close to completely shrouding
the radiator, that I cut the SLP piece down to a 2" stub
and reworked the ducting scheme. I left the cooler on
the condenser. The CAI now draws from above the divider
panel in the nose space, which in turn is fed by the two
"nostrils" where I relieved the foam to allow air to come up
freely. Not ducted, but free-path. Lower IATs than the
SLP piece, about the same as the SS hood was giving
me before I put the "Cold Air? Imaginary!" on there but
now with twice the airbox opening. Also zero splash
exposure.
