Default Can some one tell me what to expect?

Ok,

I what should I see with my combo? I have a lid, longtubes, ORY pipe, a cutout in the I-pipe, and pug, wires, free mods. Thats all I have for power mods, but I have 3.73's and 245/50/16 (I think ) nitto DR's also. I bought a VIG 3200, and I am getting all th other stuff to go into the tranny (shift kit and money for install is all I lack). The car went 8.375@84-83MPH in the 1/8th mile. The car feels lazy out of the hole which i know this will help this alot, just let me know how this combo will be.

You'll like the Vig3200, with Nitto's run the pressure around 15psi @ the track. It will take some practice but just feather the throttle out of the hole you should be in the 1.7's. My stock internals times with a 3:42 rear were 8.0 in the 1/8. Now I run MT dr's 255/16, small cam TR227, & just smack it from idle no spin 1.63-1.69.

You should delete TM & adjust your shift points. I would recommend using a good scan tool & log your runs to make sure the shift points are correct.

This worked for me.
Stock internal shift points;1-2 6200, 2-3 6300
Current cam only shift points; 1-2 6700, 2-3 6800

If I can get the cash, I am wanting to get some Prostars and some M/T ET street radials. I had those before but I was offered more money than i paid for them after about 5 passes and 50 miles. Should I go ahead and wait it out and get the 28in tires and all i need to run them? I have LS1edit and I have allready played arount with some things trying to learn about it. With a6 tenth drop in the 1/4 what should I see in the 1/8th? Since I now have a daily driver, I plan on putting a cam in the car as well as true duals, any suggestions on a cam? I was looking into a G5x3 or somwthing simular. My goals for the car are atleast low 11's, anything below that is a plus. I know that I will prolly need heads, cam, the rest of the bolt ons, converter and maybe nitrous. I am not looking at doing this in like a month or 2 because I am 19, working at Wal-Mart, and paying for the car at the same time LOL. Any suggestions will be welcome.
