1) do the search in this forum. this has been discussed a million times.
2) its normal due to the poly (hard) nature of the mount
3) there is a way to nearly eliminate the vibration by moding the metal plate on the poly bushing.

nothing wrong with a poly mount. do the search. read my post. you can very little if no vibration if you modify the metal plate on the poly bushing.

if you race, that rubber one wont last 10 passes.

Does anyone have a pic or something to show where you have to "mod" to get rid of the vibrations?

I have an Energy Suspension polyurethane mount in my car, after about 5000 miles it will start to loosen up. Hang in there, my poly mount now feels like the old rubber mount, but lasts more than 200 miles, unlike the rubber mount.

I thought I was the only one guys. This makes me feel better!I just recently swapped in the ENERGY SUSPENSION mount and itgs vibrating like a ****. It is slowly getting better I think. The stock mount would'nt last for **** due to my control arms.
