Default How would an A3/big stall/2.73 gear do?

How would this combo perform on the freeway? What about the street? I was thinking about doing this, but don't know how nice it would be on the freeway, and also if I would be sacrificing anything at the track.

Hi

With 273s that converter will feel loose for just regular driving. It bothers me, but most people don't mind it.

sounds suboptimal to me. If you really want decent track times and are trying for 600 rwhp, 2.73s are too long and a big stall will be stretched way out by that much spray.

You'll probably want a mid-3000s nitrous stall and 3.42s. Just buy a decent 4 spd and you'll have OD.
