Thats the same converter I have. To tell you the truth I should have gone way higher. You will notice the change going from stock to 3200. Thats my 1 cent.

I got mine from MTI also. At the same time I had MTI do 3.73 gears and had to take the car back a couple of weeks later because they forgot to change the computer setting from 3.23 to 3.73. Double check everything from them!

i have the ss3600 with 3.73's and its awesome, made the car a whole new animal. My first trip to the track the converter alone dropped .4 off my time, and that was a hot muggy day. Forget getting traction from a stop on the street, my bfgs get burned up The SS series converter do have great street manners though, cant really notice it after the first drive, and mileage didnt change to much.

I would go bigger. Your gonna wish you would have in about 3 weeks.
A 3800/4000 is still very driveable.
I love my last 7 Yank converters and refuse to switch to another company.
Have fun with it.

I have the ss3200 with stock gears on a 2002 ws6 auto,Get some nittos, this converter is just for off the line acceleration. Anything below 40mph is great, you also will lose gas mileage, other that that it is a great converter.

I have had my SS4000 for ~6 months and absolutely love it. It is my best converter to date and was $775 shipped from Yank. It drives very well on the street. My shift points are set to 6600 rpm and only drops to 5600 rpm between shifts
