Default Tranny Fluid???

Does anyone recommend using synthetic tranny fluid, I hear it reduces the temp down 15 degrees or so, but it costs like 8 bucks a quart I am having my 4L60 built and was wondering what everyone else uses in there built trannys.Let me know, Thanks Sam

never ever use synthetic tranny fluid on the 4l60e it is too slippery for the tranny to handle and is a good way to kill it.
