Tranny won't down shift at WOT

Tranny won't down shift at WOT my tranny is a 4L60E in a 02 Trans Am, just recently I begain to notice that it does not down shift at WOT in D or 3d. I have stock 3.23 gears and a hypertech programer to make it shift firmer, but no shift kit was installed. anybody know what could be wrong with it. The tranny shifts up just fine.

I had some weird shifting going on recently after some adjustments and put it all back to stock and started over and the problem went away. Worth a try, anyway.
