Who do you talk to at TCI about converters?

Who do you talk to at TCI about converters? I'm trying to help someone who has called TCI and got some incorrect information on a super street fighter for a th350. The person he talked to said it would stall at 3200 for his application. He has a supercharged 383, 4.11 gears, 3300 pound car. It doesn't sound right to me. Anyone know the name of the guy to talk to over there?
