Default Front pump seal and bushing

My front pump seal is leaking, while its being replaced Im having a new converter put in .The shop mentioned the bushing could also be at fault.Has anyone ever had thier bushing replaced due to leaking? My car only has 39k miles on it. Also is it a fairly easy part to replace. Its been a long time since I looked at one I forgot.

Thanks,Chris

The front pump has to be removed to replace the teflon bushing. You cannot pull the bushing out the front (as there is a lip) without destroying the pump.
