I would like to know this as well.
How will you be attaching the AN line to the trans cooler?

I know on my GTO it is 18mm. I would imagine it would be the same on an fbody? The kit that came with my b&m cooler had 16mm.

On th 4l60E I am 99.9% sure that the size needed for those fittings on the passenger side are 1/4" NPT. Is that what you are looking for??

I spliced my tranny cooler into the return line out of radiator (fluid passess thru radiator first) ..... I used earls aluminum plumbing parts, the fittings for 5/16 tubing worked fine to make splices into tranny lines.
