Default What Tranny fluid should I use?

I was just wondering what tranny fluid you guys use. I'm getting ready to put my TH400 in and I don't really know what kind I should buy.

For synthetics, use Amsoil (Number 1) or Redline (Number 2). For non-synthetics, Aamco (which is Mobil repackaged) is a good one. All are Dexron III.

That about sums it up. If you don't already have one, a tranny cooler wouldn't hurt; even if you don't have an aftermarket torque converter.

Does anyone know how much fluid a TH400 holds? Mine has the deeper pan on it which takes 2qts extra.
