Do you have the VSS Sensor in the tailshaft?

Look at your old tailshaft. On the Drivers side there should be a sensor. If it is not on the TH350 tailshaft you will need to update the output shaft for the VSS ring and put the sensor in the TH350 tailshaft.

That's the simple explanation.

I have a Speedo Adpater and ERA that will plug into the back of the tailshaft and work on your setup. PM me if you are interested..

front wheel sensor works fine, just have to fool around with some numbers in the speedo calibration to get it close. All you do is take the two wires that went to original speedo sensor in the trans and hook them up to the two wires from the right front wheel sensor by the PCM. You can follow the wires right up from the wheel bearing, polarity doesnt matter.

Just do what kp said.
and to get it right on the $$$ use a programer or tuning software to set your gear ratio at 2.76 (if you used to have a M6) and then MEASURE your front tire circumferrence and put that in as well. don't just assume the circumference from what peoiple on here say actually measure it all tires are different.
