Exclamation Tq Converter Adapter???

i have a 2002 T/A i am putting a Rossler TH350 in, and bought the crankshaft Spacer from WWW.Raptor400.com and did not realize it was for a stock flywheel. Well after several hours of workings on this, i found out that it wouldn't work with the TCI flexplate, cause it is too thick, but also the adaptor would not center up and would not let the Tq Converter bolt up to the flex plate. I have heard that they make a spacer that will screw on to the end of the snout on the converter, to center it in the flex plate , Where do i find this adapter??? Help!!!!

And to make matter's worse, i bought a tranny conversion Crossmember from BMR and the part they sent me will not even remotely try and fit, it isn't even wide enough to reach the bolt holes, and is waaay off from where the tranny mount is on the transmission.

once again Help!!!

Ahh.. I see what the problem is. Most of the guys here use a converter made for a LS1/T-350 swap (doesn't need a space). Your trying to use a T-350 converter.

well i bought the converter and told them it was going into an LS1 and they said the one i got should fit just fine, and it will, with a spacer, lol. but yeah, i think it is just a normal 350 converter

Had the same problem you have. I ended up getting a Fuddle T converter. It was a perfect fit and the flexplate to converter mounts were much stronger. As for the BMR crossmember, I was able to use it after elongating the holes and adding spacers between the trans mount to crossmember.

well i talked to the converter manufacturer and they told me to send it back and they would build the right one for me with the longer snout for the LS1. as for the crossmember, they sent me the crossmember for the LT1 conversion, they had a few crossmembers put in the wrong boxes, so i ordered a tcc002 and there was a tc003 in the box, but they are making it right, so i am happy, all is working out

Glad to hear that your getting it going. I lucked out and got the right Xmember from BMR, fits fine. I might be adding the spacer back b/w the poly mount and trans though, as it looks like the geometry is off some now with the TH350.

if you are using a stock style flexplate, i have a spacer i am either gonna send back or sell, but it must be used with a stock style, cause they are thinner, it will not work with a TCI flexpalte for sure. i am hoping to have everything done and back together around christmas, then its on
