I have a Hurst Quarter stick, and today I took it out, trying to see why my reverse lights and hatch didn't work. I used the wiring directions posted by someone on here and they work if you connect the wires together, but how do you incorporate them to the shifter? I read that the aftermarket shifter should have two switches, one for the neutral safety and one for the reverse, but I dont see any type of swtich on my shifter. Do all th400 shifters have these switches? thanks

Depends on the shifter. Some come with them, some dont. My Pro-ratchet comes with both microswitches...
