Internal or external? I want to buy a meziere flexplate. It gives me a choice of internal or external balance. What does this mean? Wich one do i buy?

I believe our flexplates are neutral (internal) balance
but you'd best not take my word for it. There looks
to be no asymmetry to the weight, which is what an
externally balanced engine would require.
