what do you do when...
you get one it from a stop and the tail end starts to get a little sideways? im talking about a straightline, i know the m6 guys just get on the clutch, but what techniques do you use when things get a little quirlly?

so pretty much just let off? i tried braking once and i hit a curb (might have hit a wet spot but idk) either way i just took off tq management last night and tested it out only to find myself looking towards a tree from a off idle "launch"

And "Torque Management" simply pulls timing from your engine to cut power during shifts to soften the blow to the transmission. It doesn't do anything for traction (maybe you meant TCS?).

Yup, brakes are a bit of a no no if things get a little out of controll. On the highway one morning I was pissed at a slow car infront of me so I went WOT at around 65 mph (4 to 2nd downshift!) and it had rained over night but the roads were just damp enough to get the tires spinning and my god I broke out in the most wicked fishtale for what seemed like an eternety!! Thank god there weren't many cars on the road because I took up the whole damn road side to side, but kept her between the lines and outta the weeds because I didn't panic and hit the brakes
