Default Car wont line lock

My stock 4l60e blew recently and when it blew it had a TCI SSF3500 converter in it which I was told was bad. I replaced the trans with a built 4l60e and yank ss3600. If I try to linelock the car hold brakes to the floor and floor it the car will just rev up to 2000 rpm and stay there until you let off the brakes then it will break the tires loose. I dont understand why I cant do a linelock now it did it before with the stock trans and the other converter. The last time the car was tuned it had stock trans and the tci converter. The car seemed like it went into limp mode when I was trying to do a burnout. Does anyone know what the cause of this could be or do you think its just time I get a linelock thanks.

it won't brake torque? a line lock is the solenoid that keeps pressure on the front brakes so you can let go of the pedal and have no rear brakes applied...or backwards it will keep all pressure off the rear brakes so you can mash the pedal down and lock up the fronts only yourself.
i dunno what's wrong though...the converter should make it easier to roast them off.

The problem basically is that the car will just rev up to 2000 and stay there with the brakes and gas to the floor where as before with the old trans and converter it would just sit there and spin them 1st and 2nd. Now it wont sit there and spin. Maybe I need a linelock kit now or something im just wondering if there maybe some kind of problem with the new trans or converter.

I was thinking it could be something with torque management coming back because I have more power now. And it just might need get that fixed up alittle. I also reset the computer when doing the doing the trans and went about 1000 miles since. I broke everything in real smooth for about 500 miles. I might give you guys at yank a call and see what you think over the phone its easier to describe whats going on thanks for chimin in.
