Default tranny life with stall

from other threads, i see a lot of people have had major problems with torque converters. Are there a lot of people running stock trannys with a stall on a daily driver? im worried it will trash my tranny as i have almost 70k miles. whats teh common consensus here about a tc?

There is no consensus because there is no single shared
experience.

I've had a moderate stall speed, moderate STR converter
on my car for a couple or three years. I don't beat on it
badly. No transmission problems, just converter clutch
slip. I just went up in stall, down in STR and got a better
clutch system.

People who but big bad converters on their car, like to
flog it. Big bad converters really push up the applied
torque. Flog it with the sledgehammer and you'll find
any weak links, there are always weak links.

Yeah i have been running my combo for just under 2 years. The tranny had a mild build and i have had no problems. I think the trannys are like rear ends. Some break others dont.
