What tranny fluid

What tranny fluid What tranny fluid are you guys using? I just got a call from my the guy rebuilding my stall, and he said I burned up the kevlar cluch and the bearings are very worn. I have a tranny cooler, and the thing never seemed to get hot.
It didn't seem to be sliping just was whining alot. Should I just run synthetic? Any suggestions guys?

I'd be curious to know this too, did a quick search already and didn't find much. I was going to use Amsoil in my tranny but Yank suggested not using synthetic. Next step was just to get the GM fluid from the dealer.

Hmmm well thats what I run normaly, He said the stress of everyday driving with the converter going from unlocking and locking up, was likley the cause for the excessive wear. Guess I just need to drive easier on the street and not have the verter unlock and re-lock so much...
