trans go kit w/billet servo ok?

Default trans go kit w/billet servo ok?

i want to know if i can use my trans go shift kit with my 2nd gear and overdrive billets servo's. read directions and it looks like they want you to modify the stock 2-4 servo. is it ok to do the mod s to the billet ones. also any other tips for installing the shift kit and servo's. i rebiulding my trans right now. thanks, steve

Look into the new servo from Sonnax. Supposed to hold 18% stronger than the billet servos and shift better on the street (according to my builder, Chuck @ FLT).

I'll probably be one of the very first on this board to try it, and i'll let everyone know what I think, though I can't compare them both.

Are you running a fairbanks/superior 2nd servo,if so enlarge the 3rd feed hole in the sep plate to get the servo to operate as designed.Hope you are running sonnax 4th servo also.

i have the fair banks 2/4 servos. i could never get ahold of flt to get there sonnax servos. think it will be ok to run my servos with the shift kit
