Default Anyone with a Yank SS 4000 and Nitrous

I'd like to know how other people's 4L60E SS 4000 performs on the bottle

Thanks
Andrew

Good question. I am running a 150 wet shot, and will be popping in the ss4000 ( removing a tci ssf3500) and can't wait to see what happens

A 4000 might be a little too big for spraying on. Mainly because of the shift extension and where the rpms stay while at WOT. You'll be hitting the rev limiter alot.

I sprayed my car with the SS4000(150 wet kit)

Never could hook the launch, but i ran a few 11.2's at 120 with it.

My old vertor was a Vig 3600 and i could hook that on the bottle 1.54 with daylight under the wheels.

i have some tuning issues so i am sure much better times(especially MPH) can be had)
Great convertor(IMHO),i just did not have enough suspension to hook it.

So i switched to the PT4000 instead.

Good luck guys,i think you'll like the SS4000 on spray.

I did take out a 900RR on the highway with that vertor. Dude on the bike was pretty surprised.
3 runs from 85-140 almost went through a 1/2 bottle doing that.(15 lb bottle)
