Default Locked Converter?
What are the pro and cons of locking the converter while racing? Is there any additional stress on the tranny?

locking helps if you have a pretty inefficent converter. It is very hard on the clutch and hard on the tranny if locked during the shifts.

probably not worth it for a mild car.
