Default tranny will be out: flywheel?

should i replace this while the trannys out? if so which one should i put?

i havent seen many people that have, or have needed to change the flexplate, the stocker has seemed to do fine. people that have upgraded have used the TCI

i am doing this now because of the flexplate. dont use the stock one. all three bolts in mine have cracked and twisted. i would recommend changing it. mine did not hold
