Manual shifting a 4L60e

Can this transmission handle much of this?Is it bad for it and if so any upgrades help?

Manually shifting the 4l60E dosent offer any performance gains at all put it in OD an press the go pedal.

It may have made some difference a longgg time ago, but the shifts are governerd electronically now.
