should i stay a m6 or go to a th 350

With stock gears and converter, the M6 will be a lot faster. Stock autos are only good for consistancy.
If you get a TH350 with a high stall converter and gears though, it should be able to match or exceed the times of the M6, while being more consistant overall.

I have an A-4, and with just exhaust and lid I beat a six speed SS; so there not "alot faster". A stock camaro with a high stall would literlly kill a (stock) M6 from a stop. There are many advantages and disadvantages from both sides; IMO, if your going to be racing on the track, with slicks I'm assuming, a high stall, with nitrous would be a more conservative route if you want to go faster. Because it will... There are alot of people that are very fast with M6 cars, dont get me wrong. But just like Wesmanw02 said, you will have consistent times, which is the winner at the track; especially w/high stall, and nitrous..
