Default Turbo 350 wont go in REVERSE

I recently bought a used turbo 350 that was suppose to have been freshened up right before i bought it.

To sum it up, the car shifts fine into every gear but will not shift into reverse.

It does not grind or even act like it is struggeling to go into gear.

It has a reverse manual valve body, and is fully built internally.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chris
