FLT Transmission Arrived !
Transmission arrived yesterday from Finish Line Transmission and it looks almost to good to install. I have nothing but good things to say about my buying experience with Vince, Chuck and Doug. All of these guys were top notch. If the transmission build quality is just half as good as the buying experience things will be great.

Awesome. I've owned this car since February and due to circumstances beyond my control (read - 2 4L60es taking a dump) I've only been able to drive the car approx 700miles. I'm really excited because since the first transmission died I've added a TCI SF 3000 stall and an LS6 intake.
I don't know if the other trannies died because of my inexperience with LS1tech and Line Pressure, but I hope this tranny will take some of my dumb factor out.

I bought their Level 3 trans with the Level 4 Sleeved Input Drum and Vacuum Modulation. No more computer/line pressure problems.

I love my FLT Stage IV with the vacuum modulator. The car can now rip a mean second gear chirp at part throttle. I also recommend spending the extra money for the Sonnax Servo.

I got the level 5 and it broke ... prob a defective part. No questions asked ... Chuck had me a new one crated in and sitting on the ground and it was installed 4 days after the first one broke. It's been haulin' *** since then and has taken a lot of abuse, though, I've not taken it to the dragstrip yet.
Chuck personally worked with the owner of the shop who did the install. He also communicated very quickly and straight-forward with me, directly. I'd never buy from anyone else again. I also have the Strange 12-bolt and 3.5" driveshaft ... what a combination. Go FLT and you won't be sorry IMHO.
