4l60e shift kit does the stage 2 shift kit make a difference. if anyone has it installe pleased post it cuz i might get it this weekend!

i was planning on installing that b&M stage 2 shift kit they sell for like 40 bucks but i wanna know how much of a difference will it make towards when i downshift and will it hit the gears hard when i shift up?
