Default Is my tranny toast?

I bought my 98 Trans Am A4 6 months ago and everything was fine until yesterday, when my trans started slipping. Now it takes 3 seconds to shift gears and some times bangs the rev limiter at WOT before shifting. Is it shot?If so where should I shop for a deal on a performance 4L60E?

Yup your trans took a ****. Same thing happened to me in February. I'm going with FLT when this one goes (it's slipping at the top of 2nd before it shifts). Check with them -----------------> SPONSER ---------->
