Bolt up another one, run them in sequence(sp?).

Tranny->Stock Cooler->BTE Cooler->Cooler #2->Tranny

Depending on how you have your current one placed, I would think you should have enough room to runn two side by side on the radiator. I wouldn't think stacking them would be the best idea but I could be wrong. I used the 24,000 GW version from B&M.

I got a flexalite one from summit, the big one that's in the catalog to go in with the th400.. and I plan to add a fan to it if I see it getting too hot. I'd get a bigger cooler then the little one you have and just part ways with it. Maybe bypassing the radiator might help too, that could be adding heat to the fluid rather then takign it away... never really did understand why they put the tranny cooler in with the radiator...

yeah, i would alot rather put bigger instead of more. i tryed that today on mine, bypassing the radiator, and it did about the same but then again the cooler is pretty small. and yea i never really understood why they did that either, i argued with my cousin today becuase he said it would heat up alot quicker bypassing the rad. he just wouldn't understand that there is hot antifreeze in there too.
